Do you need someone to assist you through the building or renovation process? Whether you already have a contractor or need a recommendation, we are here for it. We can help with spatial planning, product selections, budget consulting, as a second set of eyes for blueprints, or as a liaison between you and your contractor… anything to help make what can be an overwhelming process feel a little less daunting.

We can help with the overwhelming, big decisions- everything from tile selections, countertops, light fixtures, hardware, cabinetry, faucets, paint colors, hardwoods, sinks, etc… all the way down to the minutia of grout colors, grout lines, countertop edge styles, light placement, cabinet layout, tile layout, hardware placement, stain options, door handles, paint finish types, outlet placement, etc. All of the things you may not have considered will need to be decided in a construction phase.

Once the construction is finished, our decorating services are available for purchase, during which we can help you choose your soft finishes as well — furniture, window treatments, art, rugs, pillows, lamps, accessories — all to polish and finalize the space.

** This service begins with an INITIAL CONSULT. The initial consult costs $350.

**Best case scenario is that we are brought on board before you meet with your contractor to help you get a realistic idea of what budget it takes to create that Pinterest-worthy look you love. However, we are happy to step in and help make selections even after the contractor is on site.
