This option is perfect for the client who has either little time, interest, or expertise in the decorating realm and wants to be relieved of the pressure to make their house a home. We will handle everything for you from initial consult all the way to staging that last piece of décor and everything in between. We handle the design, sourcing, receiving and install, and you won’t have to lift a finger. **We encourage clients to be prepared to spend a minimum of $8-15,000+ per room if we are doing a room (with the exception of foyer or powder room, i.e. smaller spaces) from scratch. Obviously, budget can vary depending on scope within a space.
What this includes:
Initial consult - The initial consult costs $350. Here, we will discuss your style and the project scope, measure the space, and go over the investment portion of the project.
Proposal - I will follow the consult by sending you a detailed proposal including the scope of work, the design fee, and the suggested budget for items to be sourced.
Conceptual design phase – You will receive a Mood Board to help you visualize the overall style and vibe of the space.
DETAILED Design PHASE – I will provide you with spatial plans, furniture layout, and a virtual design to help you envision the space. According to your feedback, I will source out individual pieces similar to those from the Mood Board and the virtual design. This service also includes access to exclusive selections from our to-the-trade accounts.
Execution and install – We will take everything off of your plate and handle all of the ordering, receiving/storing, delivering, and installing. We will see the project through all the way to the end for the staging and finishing touches.
